These sosaties are one of my all-time favourites. Lots of fond memories of making this with my Ouma Nelie.
Sosaties are a Cape Malay dish and the name comes from the words "sate" meaning skewered meat and "sous", sauce in Afrikaans. Contains 5-6 skewers.
Ingredients: Beef, garlic, oil, vinegar, a combination of spices and flavourings.
Instructions:
- Use low to medium heat when you cook your Sosaties, as this cooks it evenly inside and out.
- Be sure to turn frequently.
Allergens: gluten, egg, dairy and made in a facility that uses nuts.
