The national dish of South Africa is a delicious mixture of curried meat and fruit with an egg custard topping. Eat within 2 days of defrosting.
Serving size: 500g (two hearty portions).
Ingredients: beef mince, onion, eggs, lentils, apple, milk, apricot jam, curry spices, bay leaves.
Allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs and made in a facility that uses gluten and nuts.
Instructions:
1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.
2. Heat up the oven to 180 degrees.
3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.
4. Cook for 20 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!
