My son is very happy with the biltong.
The Biltong with fat is one of the best biltong I have had, even with reference to that in South Africa. When it arrives, I am always quick to open and eat and the taste takes me to a happy place.
Biltong has such a long standing tradition with anyone coming from SA. Having it available and seriously yummy goodness makes one’s tummy flip summersaults with happiness. Always a welcoming treat when craving some protein and a standby snack.
I ordered 1.5kg Biltong with fat, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it!.. I had planned for to last at least a week, but I finished it in 3 days!..
The quality of meat was excellent, enough fat on the meat, and it was exactly as I like it. not too dry, not too moist!.. I will definitely be ordering more biltong in the near future..
