Our Homemade Beef Meatballs/Frikkadelle in Tomato sauce are an ideal quick dinner when you just dont have the time to cook a nutritious, delicious meal for yourself and your family. Silky smooth tomato sauce, with 8 well seasoned herby meatballs, that can be served with anything from mash potato, cauliflower puree to spaghetti!
Serving size: two hearty portions.
Ingredients: Beef, onion, garlic, sweet potato, tomato sauce, herbs and spices.
Instructions:
1. Take the dish out of the freezer to defrost.
2. Heat up the oven to 150 degrees.
3. Remove the plastic lid and place the dish in the center of the oven.
4. Cook for 30 minutes or until heated through. And, enjoy!
